At Manzo Digital Forensics (MDF), we provide critical digital forensic services that are essential in both criminal and civil cases. From ensuring all available data is identified, analyzed, archived, and reported in complex criminal investigations to assisting with sensitive personal matters like suicides and missing persons, our work directly impacts the pursuit of truth and resolution.

This is a contract position—work is offered on a case-by-case basis, providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to impactful investigations without the commitment of a full-time schedule. Note: This position does not include benefits.

Some cases involve supporting criminal or civil defense teams. Interested applicants must have the willingness and ability to work on cases for the defense when required.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze digital evidence from a wide range of devices, including mobile phones, computers, and GPS equipment.
Process and plot geo-location data from call detail records.
Collaborate with legal teams, prepare detailed forensic reports, and provide expert testimony in court.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital forensics as a mobile phone forensic expert or digital forensics analyst.
Expertise with forensic tools (Cellebrite, AXIOM, FTK, X-Ways, EnCase, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of file systems, SQLite databases, and Cell Site Location Information (CSLI).
Certifications such as CCME, CFCE, GCFA, or CCE are a plus.
Law enforcement experience and testimonial expertise strongly valued.
Willingness to work on cases for criminal or civil defense as needed.
Ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
Must possess own digital forensic licenses/dongles (Cellebrite and/or Axiom).
